Our Projects

Wherever you are in Auckland, the odds are there is a McLeod Group building not too far away. In the last 40 years the McLeod Group team have been active right across the isthmus, (and in fact throughout New Zealand), gaining experience in every area of the development industry. In the following pages we highlight some of our more recent projects, while in our archives you can get a feeling for our history and breadth of activity.

We have ongoing relationships with a number of tenants. For example New Zealand's largest childcare provider contracts McLeod Group to manage the ongoing development of their network. At any one time we have as many as eight childcare centres under development. As a consequence of these types of relationships we have developed significant experience in a wide range of industries, associated regulations, and the buildings that serve them.
